Marina & charter operations

Every berth, every boat, every turnaround — on one screen.

Mareta runs the working day of a marina or charter fleet: who is arriving, which boats need turning around, and which of your crew has the capacity to do it.

Works offline on the dock. Spanish, Catalan and English from day one.

What Mareta replaces

Right now the schedule lives in three places, and none of them agree.

Most operators in the Balearics run a full season on a WhatsApp group, a whiteboard, and a spreadsheet. Each works. Together they lose a turnaround a week, and in July that is a charter.

The WhatsApp group

Assignments arrive as messages and scroll away by noon. Nobody knows who read what, and the only record of a completed clean is a photo buried in a chat.

No history, no accountability, no handover when someone is off sick.

The whiteboard

The one true picture of the day is in the office, on a wall, and the people doing the work are on a pontoon four hundred metres away.

Every change needs a phone call, and the board is wrong within the hour.

The spreadsheet

Berths, bookings, and maintenance dates in one file that one person understands, updated in the evening from memory.

Expired insurance and overdue services are found by accident.
Mareta Core

The part nobody else does: it assigns the work.

Every task carries a credit cost — a 40ft sailing yacht checkout is 50, a 52ft catamaran deep clean is 75. Every crew member has a daily capacity. Press one button and the day distributes itself, fairly, with the reasoning visible.

01

You set the weights once

A table of vessel classes against task types. Your judgement, not an algorithm's guess.
02

Capacity and skills are respected

A cleaner never receives an engine service. On-call crew are used only when the shift is full.
03

One press assigns the day

Deadlines first, largest jobs placed first, and the lightest-loaded eligible person wins. Deterministic — the same day assigns the same way twice.
04

You keep the last word

Drag to reassign, swap two people in a tap, undo the whole run while nothing has started.

Nobody with the engine-service skill has capacity today. Call in Pere (on call), defer to Sunday, or accept an overload.

Mareta leads with what it could not do. A plan that only reports success is no use on the mornings that matter.

The product

Built for a phone in the sun, and a desk with two monitors.

Managers get the whole property at a glance. Crew get one list, big buttons, and no signal required.

The Bridge

Occupancy, arrivals, staff on duty, and a colour-coded berth grid. The day's problem is visible in five seconds.

The crew screen

Today's tasks, one at a time, with photo capture and start–pause–complete. Cached for the whole shift.

Guest handover

Pre-arrival forms, QR arrival, condition photos, and a signed handover PDF before the guest steps aboard.

Pricing

Priced by what you operate, not by how many people log in.

Your crew should not cost you money to include. Every plan carries unlimited staff accounts, because a plan that charges per seat is a plan that gets shared.
